John is a qualified Barrister and Chartered Accountant who has served on the boards of a number of private and public companies ranging from radio stations to foundry groups. He was Chief Executive of MacLellan Group plc (a provider of facilities management services) from 1994 to 2006. When he joined that Group in October 1994 it employed just 60 people but it was developed into a group employing 15,000 people and turning over 230 million when it was sold to Interserve Plc in June 2006 for 120 million. John also has recruitment industry experience having served on the board of Lorien plc and he is currently a director of Servoca Plc.
