Sam Batters has been appointed Permanent Team Leader responsible for a team of four senior consultants focusing on the banking and investment sector. Sam, who has 15 years IT recruitment experience, returned to Penta last year after an eighteen month family break and says she is delighted to have the opportunity to really influence the Penta permanent placement operation.

Sam is one of Pentaís flexible workers able to arrange her working life around her family commitments but says she believes that a lack of flexibility in the recruitment industry means that many other companies are missing out on top female talent.
