The fourth most visited career site on the Internet, Job.com, announced today that comScore Media Metrix, a leader in Internet audience measurements, released a monthly analysis ranking the career portal ninth out of the top ten gaining properties on the Internet. Measured by percentage change in unique visitors from December, 2007 to January, 2008, the analysis provided rankings based on the top 250 Internet properties in January 2008.
Job.com experienced a 59 percent increase in traffic in January, bringing in 5.6 million unique visitors to its site. With an average of two visits per visitor, the career portal acquired over eleven million visits to its career related site throughout the month.

Job.com had a 60% increase in unique visitor traffic in January of 2008 compared to January of 2007, and with new services and features constantly added to the site, Job.comís employers and recruiters will have no shortage of applications to review throughout the months ahead.
