Preferred International launch new services

to help resolve resource management issues

Preferred International has announced that it has expanded its range of services.

Responding to the needs of its clients, the new range of services will now encompass: IT Recruitment Solutions, Managed IT Services and HR Support Services.

For more than five years, Preferred International has been providing a broad range of tools and services to address recruitment and resource management needs. The company is already providing these new services to many of their recruitment clients across Europe and have formalised them as specific offerings.

Preferred International can now offer clients the chance to secure a breadth of resource management solutions from a single source. The company is passionate about providing the best of breed solutions and believe that these services will add significant value.

Nick Daniels, Operations Director at Preferred International comments: ìOne of our goals is to provide our clients with a flexible and ever-growing range of services. Preferred International is the first independent company of its size to offer a range of services as broad and we plan to lead from the front at all times.î

ìWith the launch of these new services, we are now able to provide a complete range of resource management solutions to both HR and IT management. We are aware of the tremendous amount of work and effort put in by management in the sourcing, management and development of resource,î says Nick. ìThe services will allow them to concentrate on their core business, while our specialists ensure that their resource management is handled smoothly, efficiently and cost-effectively.î

The launch will be supported by a targeted marketing campaign aimed at both current recruitment clients as well new clients. ìWhen we outlined our new services, the interest was immediate, and existing clients believe that we offer much more than any other provider,î adds Nick.

These new services open up an exciting new world for Preferred International as the industry enters a new era. Recruitment companies have to expand beyond the provision of recruitment services to grow the market for the future and to continue to overcome one of the industryís most pressing issues ñ managing resource in a flexible and cost-effective manner.

Preferred International are also celebrating their win of the prestigious 2003 Recruiter Awards for Excellence Best IT Recruitment Company, as well as being ranked as Britainís 29th fastest growing company in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 listing.
