Ron Amy retires as Chairman after 12 years with Aon Consulting

Aon Consulting, a pension, benefits and HR consulting firm, has announced that Ron Amy is to retire as Chairman of the UK business, after 12 successful years with the company.

Ron has contributed a huge amount to Aon Consulting in the UK, and globally, and his legacy is a thriving, sustainable and growing business.

Ron will continue to be a Non Executive Director of Aon Limited and has a number of personal appointments as the independent chairman of trustees of large pension schemes, and as Chairman of the Doctorsí and Dentistsí Review Body in the UK.

Ron leaves behind a strong leadership team at Aon Consulting, headed by Robert Middleton, who is CEO of the business in EMEA/UK.

Robert said: ìRon has displayed an outstanding commitment to Aon Consulting throughout his 12 years of distinguished service. He has been a key figure as Aon Consulting has grown globally and his legacy is a thriving and profitable business.
