CMP Information has announced the final keynotes for Technology For Marketing & Advertising. For the first time, the show will double the number of keynote sessions and will be offering four free thought-leading keynote speakers over the two day event in February 2008.
As the UKís only dedicated event delivering digital, data and CRM solutions for marketing, media and advertising professionals, it has enticed some of the biggest industry names. Saatchi & Saatchi Director, Neil Hughston, will be the lunchtime keynote on the first day of the event discussing ëThe power of online marketing: how agencies can put digital at the heart of brand strategyí.
In this session, you will hear from a digital marketing guru from arguably the best known agency in the world sharing digital marketing and case study insights from the past few years of working with an impressive client portfolio. Neil will demonstrate how digital marketing has revolutionised the way that brands are managed.
Saatchi & Saatchi is a global agency working with over 60 of the top 100 worldwide advertisers and over half of the top 50 most valuable global brands and can boast a client base including T-Mobile, Toyota, Visa, Toshiba and Carlsberg. Hughston has 12 years experience advising companies on new product launches, brand development, customer retention and acquisition and will tell all in his keynote at TFM&A.
Speaking on day one following Neil, in our afternoon keynote session, will be Oracleís Senior Director of Solutions Consulting, Matthew Banks. Talking on ëThe future of marketing: designing a blue-print for powering your marketing through the creative use of data and marketing automationí, Banks will consider how todayís marketing is increasingly a science as well as an art and how the sheer volume of data available, the array of new customer touch-points, and the agility of new competitors and their offerings makes todayís global markets highly unpredictable.
On day two keynotes already confirmed are Google and Danny Meadows-Klue.
Dan Cobley, Director Marketing, UK, Ireland and Benelux at Google, will present the lunchtime session ëHow consumers will re-shape the way brands & marketers use the webí. In a discussion on how the web is having a profound impact on how people meet, interact and communicate with both themselves and with brands, Dan will reveal their unique insights for brands and marketers going forward. At Google, Dan shows consumers how Google's products enable them to find the information they are searching for; and businesses how Google's advertising programmes help them connect better to customers.
Danny Meadows-Klue, Founder of Digital Strategy Consulting will host the afternoon session speaking on ëFalling in Love 2.0: relationship marketing for the Facebook generationí. In this session, Danny will tackle the shift in thinking about communications with customers and whatís needed to get results for businesses, explore how audiences have tuned out of many traditional advertising channels and show why brands have to re-earn the love of their customers, engaging in real two way dialogue. Meadows-Klue has been a leading figure in the UK internet industry since the early 90s and is consistently ranked as one of the most influential thinkers in online media and digital marketing.
