These next generation products include a number of new capabilities and customer driven enhancements that deliver increased recruiter productivity along with advanced reporting options, enhanced usability and configurability, and faster implementations.
New key capabilities in this release includes a new ad-hoc reporting option for improved, real-time visibility into business operations; automated resume extraction that improves the candidate experience and recruiter productivity; and support for multiple workflows that meet the needs of firms engaged in multiple types of recruiting. ï Outlook Email Tool - A new Microsoft Outlook tool has been added which allows resumes received via Outlook email to be instantly processed and the extracted resume data automatically entered into the HireDesk system. This significantly improves recruiter productivity when handling emailed resumes.
