TempWorks Software Chosen as Business Management Software Partner by Link Staffing Services

TempWorks Software, a provider of innovative software solutions for the staffing industry, today announced its newly formed client relationship with Houston-based staffing firm, Link Staffing Services. A multiple-office, top staffing provider, Link chose the TempWorks solution for its total integration capabilities and extensive add-on Web Services modules.

Operating on a custom developed system that lacked in web portal integration and consisted of individual databases for each of its franchises, Link Staffing Services began seeking out a new technology vendor during the summer of 2005. Proceeding through the diligent selection process and contacting over fifty software vendors, Link found it challenging to locate a solution that would support each of its key requirements in one integrated suite of solutions.

After over a year of evaluations, Link Staffing Services selected TempWorks predominantly for its customization capabilities and its advanced Web Service offerings such as the Client, Employee and Applicant Portals in WebCenter fx; DocCenter, a form management solution; TwMobile, a wireless tap to the centralized database and TwCentral, a CEO dashboard displaying up to the minute information. In addition, TempWorks’ ability to integrate with Link’s existing web-based employment screening applications played an important role, as well as having a fully integrated front and back office with the ability to support its daily pay operations.
