Micro Focus, a leader in enterprise application management and modernisation solutions, has implemented a flexible benefits programme for its 190 UK based employees in conjunction with Thomsons Online Benefits.

Micro Focus already had a range of benefits in place but wanted to engage employees further by providing increased levels of choice and value. Thomsons Online Benefits was chosen because of their innovative approach in combining consultancy, technology and communications. Employees will be able to login to their fully branded and personalised reward statement online where they can view their total pay, change benefit levels and even purchase new benefits.

The scheme was communicated to employees through a new bespoke brand called ìFocus on Choiceî created with the following collateral:

- Email campaigns before launch, at launch and after launch;

- One to one presentations to employees.
