Overview
Ufi has been working with Jobtrain Solutions to look at how the Jobtrain recruitment management system could help them exercise more direct control of their recruitment than they have done in the past, and increase their recruitment capacity at the same time as saving money.
Reliance on agencies and harnessing internal talent
Traditionally, Ufi has depended on recruitment agencies to attract talent into the business. Now in its sixth year, the company felt it was time to bring recruitment in-house. Whilst agencies brought about the desired results from a hiring perspective, Ufi wanted more control over their candidatesí experiences. They also wanted to maintain relationships with all those candidates applying for roles, not just those delivered via an agency shortlist, and also to have access to a searchable database for future campaigns.
