Personnel Decisions Research Institutes (PDRI), a PreVisor company focused on research and consulting in the field of industrial-organizational psychology, has announced its selection by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to provide strategic human resource consulting services. The award follows a rigorous, year-long selection process, and is an important recognition of both PDRIís broad range of capabilities and its expertise in meeting the unique needs of government agencies.
Under the terms of the five-year contract, PDRI will work with OPMís Training and Management Assistance (TMA) program to help agencies throughout the Federal Government maximize the performance of their human capital assets. TMA offers a fast-track process that allows Federal organizations to work with leading private-sector companies on a wide variety of customized talent management solutions. Depending on organizational needs, specific services may include workforce assessment, HR strategic planning, performance management, change management, and succession planning.
