As Managing Director of StepStone Solutions Matthew has management responsibility for i-GRasp, Easycruit and Obvious Solutions, and was instrumental in StepStoneís acquisition of i-GRasp in July 2005. Matthew is recognised as a thought leader in e-recruitment and is a member of StepStone ASAís Executive Leadership Team.
In his earlier career, Matthew spent several years in sales and general management roles at Copysprint, TNT and Canon.
