Why do Londoners change jobs?

What makes you look for another job, nasty boss, bad pay or you just want a change of scenery? A surprising new poll conducted by the UKís leading search and selection site for senior execs (TheLadders.co.uk), reveals that us southerners are not as cut-throat as our Northern friendsÖ

The poll revealed:

*Only 39% of Londoners change jobs because of money, compared to

58% in the North

*Only 7% of Londoners said stress had caused them to switch jobs, while 33% of Northerners said stress had forced them to re-evaluate

*Londoners encounter less tension in the workplace, as only 14% said theyíd left due to conflict with colleagues, while 32% of Northerners said it had caused them to leave

Results show London to be a capital place to live after-all!
