Workopolis and Ontario Hospital Association Enter Strategic Alliance <br>to Bring Electronic Recruit

.

Workopolis, Canadian provider of recruitment and job
search solutions, has become an exclusive on-line recruitment partner with the Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) in order to meet the recruitment challenges facing the health care sector.

Recruitment of health care professionals is a significant challenge facing Ontario hospitals, said David MacKinnon, President and CEO of the Ontario Hospital Association. We believe that this exclusive partnership with Workopolis will enhance the recruitment efforts of hospitals.

Under this new partnership, Workopolis will host and manage
HIREHealthcare.com - the employment site established by the OHA to assist member organizations with recruitment. OHA members can continue to post their available jobs on HIREHealthcare.com, but now the postings will
automatically receive the additional exposure from workopolis.com to reach a greater number of health care professionals. In addition, OHA members will
benefit from the latest recruitment services and tools provided by Workopolis to enhance their recruitment efforts.

This is a very exciting partnership for us, said Kim Peters, President, Workopolis. We are pleased to be able to assist the health care sector in addressing its recruitment challenges. Ontario Hospital Association is the
largest organization of its kind in Canada and as such it makes sense that our organizations would partner to deliver recruitment results to the health care sector.

About the Ontario Hospital Association The Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) is a voluntary association representing the hospitals in the province. Among its members are all of the public hospitals in Ontario as well as psychiatric hospitals. Many other health-related organizations are among OHA''s associate and affiliate members. Founded in 1924 as an independent, non-profit organization, the
association is governed by a 28-member board of directors comprised of hospital trustees and chief executive officers from across the province, as well as a physician and a nurse. The president of the Hospital Auxiliaries
Association of Ontario is an ex-officio member of the board.
