Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The HelpHorizons platform will be integrated within the eMindhealth division of Workplace Options, a provider network services company Workplace Options acquired in 2005. The combined services of emindhealth and HelpHorizons will provide behavioral health organizations and their networks of mental health professionals with sophisticated collaboration and communications tools - including the ability to share calendars and immediately schedule face-to-face counseling sessions, on behalf of their clients, with providers. The platform also supports HIPPA compliant, private e-counseling via e-mail, chat rooms, or videoconferencing.
The acquisition of HelpHorizons is a natural fit with emindhealth. adds Mr. Debnam. The combined services now give Employee Assistance (EAP) and Managed Behavioral Health Organization (MBHO) customers’ of Workplace Options access to a vast network of mental health professionals enabled by a robust scheduling and secure communications platform.
