Online recruitment positions all companies, regardless of size, on a level ground for capturing the best candidates. Smaller companies can benefit from using the internet to compete alongside the bigger employers.
Gus McIntosh, Director of OneClickHR commented: The partnership with Workthing.com will allow us to enhance the range of HR services we offer to our customers. HR professionals and other visitors to our site will be able
to easily search for potential candidates or check out the latest up-to-date vacancies themselves.
In recent months Workthing has been developing partnerships and products to help SMEs with their recruitment. These include a partnership with the Institute of Directors and the launch of an out-of-the-box recruitment product to give recruiters a corporate careers website within five days.
