People resourcing company, Xchangeteam, has won the London Excellence Award for Customer Focus. Judges were looking to reward organisations that can create sustainable customer value by demonstrating a customer-focused culture that exceeds customersí expectations.
Commenting on Xchangeteamís win, Caroline Buttery, chairman of London Excellence said: ìThe judges thought that Xchangeteam supported their submission with a dynamic and passionate presentation which demonstrated their incredible enthusiasm for delivering a focus on the customer at all levels. They are clearly a really inclusive group.î
Now in their second year, the London Excellence Awards were established by the business excellence community in London to recognise growing and successful businesses. This year attracted over 100 companies and organisations in the nine categories covering every aspect of quality. Nearly 100 managers and business leaders were involved in assessing entrants using thorough and rigorous assessment procedures. Winners were announced at a gala dinner held in London earlier this week.
