The partnership will enable organisations that use both CV-Library and Voyager Infinity, to source and access millions of CVs from CV-Library, without leaving the Voyager platform. In turn, this will help users to hire more effectively, saving a lot of time and effort during the recruitment process.
CV-Library's database currently boasts 15.4 million candidates and this figure has grown significantly over the past few months. In fact, the amount of people uploading and updating their CVs on the job board rose by 10.8% in July (compared to the previous year).
Lee Biggins, founder and CEO of CV-Library, comments on the partnership:
“We’re delighted to be working with the team at Voyager on this integration, particularly during such a challenging time. Our data shows that job applications are soaring, and with the furlough scheme set to end in a matter of months, we expect these to increase even further towards the end of the year. While this is good news for companies that are hiring, it also means that recruiters need to search smarter in order to filter out the best candidates. We’re confident that with access to our unrivalled CV Database, we’ll be able to help Voyager users source top talent, quickly and effectively.”
According to CV-Library's data, the application to job ratio rose by a massive 106.1% in Q2 2020, compared to the previous year. Alongside this, job search traffic has increased by 21.1% during this period, as more people look for work during the pandemic. This means now is an ideal time for recruiters to benefit the most from the integration.
Paul Thompson, Group Sales & Marketing Director at Voyager Infinity, adds:
“It’s a pleasure to be working with CV-Library to help get the UK back to work. Recruiters typically work on a no-win, no-fee, business model, which means it’s important to invest in the right tools, to access the best candidates, and justify their fees. This is especially true right now as we’re seeing a surge in start-up recruitment firms using this time launch their new ventures. This integration is set to benefit our users massively in addition to our recently announced free skills testing offer for all new Voyager Infinity clients.”
