Marc Harris has over 15 years experience in the recruitment industry, most recently with Rapid Search and Interim Ltd where he was the Associate Director specialising in Finance, Programme & Project Management and HR recruitment.

During the past 10 years Marc Harris has focused on financial recruitment working with FTSE listed and private equity companies including, Vodafone, Unilever, Centrica, Mars UK, Avis, TUi and Billabong. This experience is ideal for Norrie Johnston Recruitment which is led by Graham Oates, an ex-KPMG Managing Partner and has a strong and rapidly growing financial recruitment capability.
