Recruitment Revolution (RR) is celebrating 20 years in business with a bold new brand identity and a clear message: the model has matured - the values haven’t.

What began in 2005 as a challenge to traditional recruitment fees and hard-sell tactics has evolved into a partnership-led, end-to-end hiring experience trusted by clients worldwide.

Growing up without growing dull

RR’s founders, Jamie Mistlin and Anna Taylor, built the company by ditching expensive commissions, empowering clients and candidates and designing tech to make hiring faster and simpler. Two decades on, the same outlier mentality drives how RR works today: collaborative, creative, and integrity-led.
