The Association of Online Recruiters (AOLR) has given its support to the first ever results from the National Online Recruitment Audience Survey (NORAS).
The NORAS data provides recruiters and advertisers with comparable data about different job sites, enabling clear and accessible benchmarking. AOLR supports the survey as it reflects the maturing methodology of the online recruitment industry and the importance it is placing on delivering standardised measurable results for its clients.
Commenting on the AOLR''s support for NORAS, Bill Shipton, chairman of the AOLR said: The NORAS data will enable recruiters to plan more targeted and effective campaigns, saving costs and improving results. I am delighted to be able to support an initiative that is both an online first and promotes best practice within our industry.
