Smugone.com, the internet recruitment site, has announced the acquisition of jobscout..co.uk, and the consumer launch of the Smugone.com site. The acquisition will allow Smugone.com to enter the online recruitment market with over 20,000 jobs already live on the site.
As part of its brand building strategy, the company has also announced a three year sponsorship deal with the Formula One Lucky Strike B.A.R Honda Racing Team.
Smugone.com is a new mass-market online recruitment site aimed at providing consumers with fast and easy access to a database of high-quality jobs, while at the same time offering corporates a low-cost recruitment tool. Smugone.com intends to build its business through an aggressive brand building promotion, based around competitions and promotions tied in to its three year sponsorship of the Lucky Strike B.A.R Honda Racing Team.
Smugone.comís strategy is to target large corporate organisations directly, and add value through there web based ëenterprise recruitment managerí product, which will be sold on a monthly subscription basis.
