Under the terms of the agreement, Hcareers will automatically place job openings from Sodexho''s site to its own Web site (www.hcareers.com). Hcareers, the dominant job board for the hospitality industry, attracts more than 2.3 million hospitality-specific visits per month, providing additional exposure to a larger job-seeker pool.

Sodexho typically has over 600 management and professional job openings at any given time. It previously relied on its own Web site to advertise positions, and began looking for ways to expand its reach about two years ago.
