Websense appoints Frank Coggrave as UK Regional Director

Websense Inc. (NASDAQ: WBSN) today announced the appointment of Frank Coggrave as UK Regional Director.

Frank has more than twenty years of experience in the International technology arena, working in various management roles for companies including: Unicom, Jacada Inc., and Legent Corp. Prior to joining Websense, Frank held the post of president of Europe, Middle East and
Africa at systems development tools provider, Telelogic.

I think this is a very exciting time for Websense and I'm delighted to be part of the team. With only 20 percent of companies currently deploying an employee Internet management (EIM) solution it's still a young and growing market place. My goal is to build on the phenomenal
success Websense has had to date and ensure we maintain our market leadership position in the UK.

As Websense sells entirely though the channel, a key part of Frank's role will be to develop existing partnerships and grow the Websense customer database. 2003 is not just a great opportunity for us, but also for all our channel partners, explains Frank. I look forward to working with them on the launch of our new product line in the first
quarter of next year and feel confident that, working together, we can enjoy a prosperous year.
