Dillistone Systems Announces MBO

Dillistone Systems Group, the supplier of software, publications and services to executive recruiters, has announced a Management Buy Out (MBO)

The Dillistone Systems Group, one of the few recruitment software suppliers to remain profitable during the economic turbulence of the last two years, announced on January 8th 2002 the Management Buy Out by a team of investors led by Managing Director, Jason Starr, and Operations Director, Rory Howard.

In the UK, Dillistone Systems has named Jim McLoughlin as Chairman and Finance Director. Jim has extensive board experience in both Private and Public companies and has acted as a nominee director for funders in a number of venture-backed acquisitions.

In the US, Robert McKechnie has been appointed VP Sales. Robert has extensive industry experience in the HR Software sector, including five years as Director of Business Development at The Cluen Corporation ñ a New York based supplier of recruitment software.
