HR specialist makes RDB PRO First Choice for new website

HR Source turns to software supplier for website relaunch

When specialist recruiter HR Source wanted to completely re-design its Website, to integrate it with the companyís RDB Pro software, it turned to the supplier - First Choice Software. Another First Choice application, Jobshop, has been used to integrate online applicantsí details directly into the existing RDB Pro database ìquickly, easily and effectivelyî, says HR Source Managing Director, Phil Kidulis.

Having used RDB Pro for some six years, HR Source wanted to change its Website so that it would integrate fully with the RDB Pro database. It was while discussing the idea that Phil became aware of the First Choice Web design and hosting services. With the distinct advantage of knowing the RDB Pro application inside-out, and using its Jobshop program, First Choice became the obvious choice for the task.

Phil explains his goal: ìWe were looking for a site that was compatible with the database. We wanted candidates to be able to apply online; and then find some way of integrating these applications into our database, which currently holds about 26,000 records, quickly, easily and effectively.î
