The countdown has begun for the third annual National Online Recruitment Awards (NORAís), which are hosted by AlljobsUK.com in association with 4Mat.com, on 15th October.
This is an excellent opportunity for organisations to gain recognition for their online recruitment efforts. Stephen OíDonnell C.E.O. said: ìthese awards provide organisations that are proud of what they do online, with the recognition that they deserveî. There is an excellent incentive for all organisations to become involved in this event, with winners not only obtaining awards but also gaining valued publicity to further promote their name in the industry. All nominations are invited through AlljobsUK.com where entries can be submitted up until 19th September.
Nominations have already begun, so everyone is encouraged to submit their entries as soon as possible to begin the battle to be the best!
The nine categories for which nominations are invited are as follows:
Best General Jobsite
Best Specialist Jobsite
Best Regional Jobsite
Best National Recruitment Agency Website
Best Small Recruitment Agency Website (3 branches or less)
Best Employerís Recruitment Website
Best Online Recruitment Section by a National Publication
Best Online Recruitment Section by a Trade Publication
Best Employment Advice Website
All nominations will be considered. After careful analysis, a shortlist of the five most impressive sites within each of the ten categories will be produced. Finalists will receive recognition on AlljobsUK.com, and industry wide, as well as a finalist logo to be placed on their own website.
The judging panel, consisting of professionals with vast experience of the online recruitment sector, will be judging sites against each other based on five main areas. This includes the ease of use, design, layout & speed, the volume of available vacancies & claimed visitors, as well as the facilities available for jobseekers and the prominence in their targeted market.
Any organisation gaining an award will be able to flaunt their expertise in each of these areas. AlljobsUK.com will announce the finalists on the site after 22nd September, before winners are announced online on the 20th October.
