XpertHR: 76% of pay awards in 2023 higher than 2022 levels in employer bid to alleviate cost-of-living challenges

The latest data from XpertHR shows that the median basic pay award in the three months to the end of December 2023 remained at 6% - the same value for 2023 as a whole.
