The Futurestep division of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organisational advisory firm, has today announced that it has hired Ms. Kay Cooper to join its leadership team in EMEA team. Ms. Cooper will be responsible for driving future growth for the company across the entire region.
Ms. Cooper joins Futurestep as Vice President, Key Accounts and will manage several Futurestep global strategic client relations across EMEA. She will work closely with global clients to support their people strategy and deliver innovative talent acquisition programs aligned to their wider business strategies. Kay brings with her over fifteen years’ experience, having served as Vice President, Global Solutions and then Managing Director, RPO, EMEA and Asia Pacific at Kenexa. Her tenure at Kenexa was preceded by leadership roles at Alexander Mann Solutions and Barclays.
Ms. Cooper will play a key role in expanding Futurestep’s footprint in EMEA. She will also work alongside Futurestep’s parent company, Korn Ferry, to ensure an integrated and dynamic approach for its global clients.
