BMJ has relaunched its industry leading job board on the Madgex platform. The site – BMJ Careers – has a fresh new design, improved functionality and a number of innovative tools to help medical professionals find the very best hospital, GP and international doctor jobs.
The site’s responsive design makes it even easier for medical professionals to find the next step in their career. Candidates can access the job board from any mobile device to search and apply for jobs wherever they are. The functionality of the Filechooser tool allows CVs to be uploaded on the go.
The design offers a seamless user experience, with lightning-fast search, one-click applications and the ability to subscribe to the latest job alerts.
As part of the re-launch, BMJ Careers has introduced a new Job Reviews tool. This allows doctors to find out more about medical roles, posts and locations by searching reviews posted by the medical community. This tool is the first in a number of new products in development at BMJ to help doctors at different stages of their careers. BMJ Careers also provides the latest advice and tips to help candidates, offering guidance on a broad range of subjects.
