Charity launches FREE jobs board & careers service for the global sports jobs market!

The Sports Careers Foundation (SportsCareersFoundation.org) is pleased to launch a FREE jobsboard for the global sports industry

The Sports Careers Foundation (SportsCareersFoundation.org) is pleased to launch a FREE jobsboard for the global sports industry.

Any stakeholders in sport can now use the free online recruitment platform to post any basic 28 day job adverts online and get them seen by a global database of candidates.

Efrem Leigh, the founder comments 'The idea is to offer an effective long term online recruitment solution to sport globally. Through our Recruitment Partner we can offer any sports employers whether they are professional sports clubs, sports governing bodies, amateur sports clubs or any other direct sports employers with the ability to list their jobs or internships at no cost as and when they arise'

The jobs board solution is provided by The Sports Industry Jobs Network (SportsIndustryJobs.org) which is a network of 45 websites for jobs in sport and which are all linked and powered by one central database.

Employers can post a job on the www.football-jobs.com website and it can be seen on any of the other sites in the network. Eg a marketing, PR, commercial or sales job can therefore be seen by candidates who might be on the other sites looking for work in other sports but then get to see this job as they register with the central database which gives them access to all the jobs across all the sites when they register just the once!

Employers also have the ability to quickly get their jobs in front of our candidates thanks to our Twitter, Facebook and Linekdin social media network and coupled with our job alerts by email service which is available to all candidates FREE of charge.

The Sports Careers Foundation has been launched to offer a FREE online and personal service to anyone looking for a job in sport or looking for information on study options or personal development options that will help them with a career in sport.

The charity's work is divided into 2 main areas:

  1. online careers advice, sports courses directory and CV help and advice through www.sportscareeradvice.com, www.studentsinsport.com and www.postgraduatesinsport.com
  2. access to jobs and internships in sport via the network of sports jobs websites under www.sprotsindustryjobs.org
