Saville Consulting continues its innovation in psychometric assessment by launching an extensive new portfolio of 15 online tools. Developed to improve organizational recruitment, development and talent management, they deliver enhanced people performance under unprecedented market demands.
This launch significantly extends Saville Consulting’s existing assessment product portfolio. New products include three new reports to enhance individual and team development, seven new online Aptitude tests and five behavioral screening questionnaires to improve candidate selection.
The three new reports, Team Roles, Reflections and a Sales Report, work as outputs of the innovative Saville Consulting Wave personality questionnaire. The new Aptitude tests comprise both combination and single, indepth tests to assess in a very short time, candidates’ analysis, comprehension and reasoning abilities within different important workplace areas.
