Carillion aim to improve productivity and lower talent acquisition costs with peopleclickís recruiting solution

Peopleclick has announced that Carillion plc, the construction and business services company, will deploy the Peopleclick recruiting solution to streamline its recruitment process. Peopleclick RMS will enable Carillion to improve organisational effectiveness by understanding, simplifying and controlling the time and cost associated with acquiring a productive and diverse workforce.

Specifically, Peopleclick RMS provides tools for determining best hiring sources, establishing a consistent and measurable workflow, and simplifying relationships with key staffing and recruitment agencies. It also enables the company to qualify candidates efficiently and accurately, manage corporate career websites and create easy-to-use graphical reports.
