Fusion People, the new to market ëBuilt Environmentí recruitment specialist has been awarded a contract for the management of the recruitment of 48 Senior Project Management Staff for Metronet BCV Capital Projects Division.
Fusion will perform the role of ëNeutral Managed Vendorí responsible for the pre-screening of all applications from a national Advertising campaign along with submissions from a select group of preferred agencies. They will then be tasked with conducting full technical competency interviews with short listed candidates and administering a comprehensive battery of management ability tests.
