Futurestep appoints new UK MD

and announces realignment of business model


Futurestep, the Korn/Ferry International company specialising in middle management recruitment, announces that Jason Collings joins the firm as Managing Director (UK). Jason has been recruited to grow UK operations and realign its business model, further developing a focus on managed services and project services offerings.

Jason joins the firm with over nine years experience in the recruitment industry, including seven years in outsourced managed services solutions. Jason became a founder and director of a specialist consultancy in 1995 where he developed, sold, implemented and managed numerous large-scale project and managed services solutions to a range of blue chip clients.

A graduate of Oxford University, Jason has worked within the financial services, international management consultancy and search and selection sectors.
