Huntress raises 2550 for Cancer Research UK Charity

Huntress Search a recruitment consultancy is delighted to announce that they have successfully raised over 2550 in just the last few months for their sponsored charity Cancer Research UK.

The funds came from various events undertaken by Huntress and its staff, as well as a generous donation from the company itself. Staff have shown that they are keen to support the charity and as well as organising HR seminars where clients are asked to make a donation to Cancer Research UK, staff have also got behind internal events such as coffee mornings and sponsored breakfasts, held in Huntress offices across the UK. However it is the employee-sponsored activities such as abseiling, or running mini marathons, which generate the most support from clients and candidates alike, who enjoy seeing their consultants ìactivelyî supporting a good cause.

Julia Vassie, Co-Director of the Commercial Recruitment Division at Huntress, commented: ìHuntress are working with Cancer Research on a number of fundraising initiatives throughout our offices. Offering our support to the charity as a company means we are directly aiding their cause and raising awareness through local companies. We are delighted with the level of support from our own consultants and have topped up the funds raised with a generous donation from Huntress itself.î
