IKM, a provider of web-based employee and candidate knowledge measurement solutions and services, and Caliper UK, a provider of personality assessments and consulting, today announced a partnership that will allow the mutual distribution of their respective employment tests.
Known for its flagship product, IKM TeckChekTM, IKMís solutions are used for pre-hire testing, employment testing, pre-training and post-training testing and certification. Offering assessments for knowledge, skill, aptitude or attitude for disciplines such as IT, sales, clerical, computing or call centre, IKM will now add Caliperís personality assessments to its growing range.
Caliperís in-depth personality and sales profile assessments provide objective information on an individualís strengths, limitations and motivations from a psychometric perspective. With over 25,000 clients such as Avis and FedEx, Caliper is ranked as one of the most advanced tools for matching personality to job performance.
Likewise, Caliper will also include IKMís knowledge assessments in its offering.

Integration of the assessments by both companies is currently underway, with online availability via IKMís and Caliperís websites expected by October, 2006.
