The new site, which includes intelligent training and needs assessment tools, means that the service ukjobs2004 offers is unique in the market. Individual''s who subscribe to membership will be the focus of the service. They can access free online training, interview practice, CV tools and have access to their own Personal Adviser, who is qualified to the highest professional level.

Organisations who work with individuals are also able to subscribe to the same service. Employers and Recruitment Agencies can post vacancies free of charge.

All individuals will select a main occupation (They receive a detailed report on this) and geographical area of sought employment upon joining.
