The People Relationship Management (PRM) software company selects Dusan RNIC to manage its Services division to meet growth in Europe, the U.K. and the U.S. for ambitious eHR projects.
Jobpartners today announced the appointment of Dusan Rnic as
vice-president of services. He will be responsible for the deployment of eHR solutions and implementation methodology used at customers’ site. Mr. Rnic will be based in London and report to Jobpartners’ CEO Xavier Marchioni.
In addition to managing a team of consultants, Mr. Rnic will also be responsible for the following activities:
- Auditing and understanding of clients’ needs and implementation of piloting committees;
- Consulting on the deployment of Jobpartners solutions and development of custom functionality and processes based on client expectations;
- In house and online training for operational and functional users
- Post-sales services & Support
Rnic will work in close collaboration with the company’s different regional vice-presidents of operations, including Richard Doherty, who was recently appointed vice-president of operations for the UK and USA. Prior to that position, Doherty held the vice-president of services position for three years.
According to Marchioni: We are meeting a very strong demand for services in the UK, Europe and the US for recruitment, internal mobility, and performance management projects. We will respond by implementing a pragmatic, but global, approach, based on our experience. We will count on Dusan Rnic to help get us there.
