The McLaren Asterion suite of innovative people management tools supports companies in increasing overall organisational effectiveness. It currently consists of four modules that focus on culture and areas of individual capability. The tool suite has been developed by an expert team, including end-users of HR tools & processes, experienced HR consultants and academic leaders from a leading UK University.

This tool allows a cultural profile to be established for teams and individuals.
Asterion 2 Capability Profiler
This tool facilitates the identification of key capabilities required to perform a role satisfactorily.
Asterion 3 Performance Reviewer
This tool supports the performance review process by enabling 360 appraisals, facilitating one-to-one performance review sessions and linking directly into training and development plans.
Asterion 4 Structured Interviewer
This tool formulates a recruitment-based structured interview plan by leveraging both the specific and generic capabilities identified using Asterion 2.
Each of the Asterion tools can be used independently, however all have been given a similar look and feel. They can be customised to utilise an organisationís own specific properties, such as competencies and behaviours, and are all offered as a hosted service from The McLaren Group.
