A key feature of the product is its ability to transfer online application forms and resumes to the recruiterís in-house database with no data entry required. Early case studies have indicated that using ëInboxí to manage all online applications can result in a 90% reduction in administration costs.
The development of ëInboxí by mycareer.com.au was driven by research conducted in consultation with customers from across industry sectors. These customers identified issues that impact on recruiters such as; processing large volumes of applications sent in formats that do not transfer directly into their databases and receiving irrelevant and ìWe have been led by our customers to develop a web-based product that is as easy to use as email and responds to the real business issues they are facing today. ëInboxí bridges the gap between online job boards and a companyís internal database, it is designed to integrate with existing in-house recruitment software and is compatible with all job boards and company websites,î said Mike Giuffrida, General Manager, Employment, f2.
The product saves recruitersí time by filtering unwanted applications and identifying ìhotî candidates. ìBased on what our customers have told us, we estimate that ëInboxí could deliver savings of up to three hours a week back to each consultant î said Giuffrida.
