Penna wins provision of civilian recruitment related advertising contract with the MoD

The two-year contract was awarded following a competitive tender process encompassing all of Penna’s recruitment marketing services

Penna, a people management business and a part of the LHH brand, today announced it has won a two-year contract with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for The Provision of Specialist Civilian Recruitment Related Advertising. The win follows a competitive tender process and will see Penna support the MoD’s recruitment advertising strategy to attract diverse, high-quality talent into public sector roles.

Penna has a wealth of experience in within the central and local governments in the UK, and in recruitment marketing with its rich portfolio of services. To deliver this work, Penna will collaborate with the many departments that make up the MoD in order to deliver specialist recruitment marketing in line with departmental needs, to support strategic campaigns, and enhance the MoD’s reputation as an employer of choice. 

The contract will see the MoD benefit from the full range of Penna’s recruitment marketing services, from strategic support in developing a candidate attraction strategy, research and insights, and media buying, to creative development and campaign analysis and tracking.
