New consultancy HR2all to become ëOne Stop Shopí provider of outsourced services

Up to 70 jobs look set to be created by a new company offering a ëOne Stop Shopí hi-tech Human Resource outsourcing service to small and medium businesses across the UK.

HR2all is planning to invest nearly 200,000 in new HR technology that will help struggling SMEs in their battle against larger competitors. The company is currently searching for a state-of-the-art Customer Relations Centre from which it can offer the new outsourced HR and personnel service that promises to boost the turnover, profitability, customer and employee retention rate of SMEs, as well as guiding them through the emerging minefield of new HR and employment law. HR2all will initially target companies in Wales and East Anglia before widening its net to include the growing UK market for outsourced services in this area.

Said HR2all Chairman Jean-Bertrand de Lartigue: ìOne of the main barriers for SMEs is their inability to finance specialist ëin-houseí HR and personnel expertise and the latest changes to HR and employment law look set to add to these problems. It is our intention to provide the best outsourced HR and personnel service in the UK and by utilising our new technology, SMEs will be able to stay at the leading edge of their industry at a fraction of the cost of an in-house operation. î

Jean-Bertrand de Lartigue lists a host of benefits available to SMEs choosing to outsource to HR2all including 24 hour access to a team of HR professionals, business process redesign experts and coaches with business experience plus the ability to use the latest technology, business tools and HR2allís extensive network of business partners.

He says: ìOutsourcing in this way frees up time for SME managers to work on business growth strategies rather than administration and to focus on core competencies, workforce productivity, employee and customer loyalty and rapidly changing legislation. Each company will have their own personal consultant to liaise with and the price is affordable, with payment flexibility leading to further cost savings, the transfer of financial risk and greater competitive advantage through lower costs compared to the competition.î

The idea of outsourcing surfaced during the IT explosion of the late 1980ís when companies that could not afford in-house expertise delegated unfamiliar and technical operations to experts who did the job better for less money! Since then, the outsourcing industry has grown rapidly and now many commercial activities from accounts to marketing are commonly outsourced. HR itself is the most popular business service in the world to be outsourced because HR administration is tedious, cumbersome but also costly, consuming 60% to 70% of all HR time and requiring great expertise in payroll, HR systems and employment law. Perhaps most importantly, it adds no value to the business.

In the UK, larger companies were the first to outsource, gaining huge competitive advantage. There is now growing interest amongst the SME sector but they have been slow to exploit the new technology as most companies employing 25 to 200 staff cannot afford a fully trained HR expert in-house and do not have millions of pounds to spend on a comprehensive HR solution. HR2all say their consultants will act in a part time ’non executive’ position to enable SMEs to access a wealth of experience that focuses on their own individual company needs.

In addition, HR2allís new technology-based system promises to revolutionise the way the HR service is delivered allowing employees to handle processes themselves in secure intranet environments.

Said Jean-Bertrand de Lartigue: ìInitially, it was feared that Web applications would take the ëhumaní out of HR. But in the US and UK, SMEs that have adopted the new technology have found it a more efficient and personalised way to deal with administration. These companies have seen their customer loyalty index rise and have enjoyed enviable turnover and profitability growth resulting in a ten-fold productivity gain, higher retention rates and added value for customers.

ìOutsourcing HR really is the only way forward for SMEs but they need to move quickly to stay ahead of their competitors. It is not so much whether they can afford to do it, than whether they can afford not too!î
