Phone Delivered Training (PDT)(tm) from 3C, has enabled Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, to increase individual performance levels delivering productivity gains back to the business.
19th April 2004: 3C, the performance improvement company, has helped Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, the global property and real estate company, to deliver a European training programme on Time Management to key executives. PDT was used to speed the training, reduce costs and save valuable time.
Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker recognised that in order to remain competitive in the property market it had to persuade its managers to make better use of their time, and to plan their working days more effectively. Staff however, were reluctant to leave their desk to attend training sessions, especially those who deliver billable hours to clients.
Hedda Bird, Managing Director of 3C explains - PDT takes advantage of modern conference call technology to deliver classroom style training to a dispersed workforce without staff having to leave their desk. For Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker we devised a series of tailored TimePower(r) courses, to be delivered by an experienced trainer, through two hour telephone conference calls. PDT is fundamental to any Performance Improvement strategy.
