Recruiters receive brand exposure with new Workthing site

Relaunched to attract advertisers

Workthing, the online recruitment solutions provider owned by The Guardian Media Group, has re-launched the site www.workthing.com. It has a new look and feel designed to showcase the full breadth of Workthingís content and contains new features which help advertisers to promote their employer brand.

To create effective online promotion for recruiters, the new site incorporates increased promotional space in the form of banners and buttons. Precise candidate audiences can also be targeted via new sponsorship areas on the siteís industry channels. To further increase employer branding and vacancy response rates, users viewing job advertisements will encounter prominent links to branded pages of tailored company information.

New to the site, under the Recruiter Centre, is a library of research on key recruitment issues as well as advice on how to boost the success of recruitment campaigns. Within the Recruiter Centre, clients will continue to be able to manage, edit and upload their own job vacancy advertisements.

To improve the user experience on Workthing.com, the new design gives users clear access to industry specific editorial content, career advice and job searching tools. This is achieved from the new homepage, which is designed to let users view the breadth of Workthingís content by simply mousing over the screen.
