Recruitment Factory will include leading e-business software from SAP that fully integrates with customers' current enterprise resource planning systems and human resources applications, such as mySAP(TM) HR. It will also provide access to the full range of Futurestep's global recruiting services.
Companies have often found online bulletin boards and unconnected screening services time-consuming and unproductive. They also overlook potential candidates who might not be actively seeking new employment. Recruitment Factory solves these challenges by streamlining the recruitment process, from gathering and evaluating candidates' profile information to matching their qualifications with companywide job openings and controlling the associated administrative costs.
