RED and SAP streamline recruiting with Machine Learning

RED SAP Solutions, a global recruitment and staffing consultancy, announced today that it is working with SAP on a project that will apply Machine Learning to the recruitment process. This innovative solution will transform the process of finding the right candidates, by using artificial intelligence to recommend the best match for any open position.

RED will use the Machine Learning based solution to improve the service it offers to its clients, enabling them to cut time to hire and recruit the best people more quickly, and therefore reduce cost to hire. Together with the expertise and experience of RED’s staff, this means its clients will be able to find the best SAP resources for their projects, anywhere in the world.

Machine Learning based algorithms, together with RED’s vast pool of data, will recommend on what makes a candidate right for a particular position. The project is already tapping into 15 years’ information, and every time RED adds new requirements, processes potential matches, sends client details to candidates and make placements, it will continue to improve its predictions.

By using the power of Machine Learning, RED will be able to save many hours in searching for candidates, and give clients more control in how they select potential matches. This will improve productivity for RED, and enable the company to improve its customer service and widen its portfolio of client-centric services.

Jeremy White, Global Head of Alliances & Marketing at RED, will also be participating in a presentation entitled ‘Extend the Value of Your Data Through Machine Learning’, which takes place at 5:00pm on Wednesday 18th, in Theater 1. The session will be led by Dr. Juergen Mueller, Head of Innovation Center Network, SAP, and Dr. Markus Noga, Head of Machine Learning Incubation, SAP.
