This week sees the announcement of a new executive job board alliance that is set to radically shake up the executive recruitment market. Recognising clientsí frustrations with using existing online media - and their hit-and-miss experiences with successfully generating a candidate shortlist through online job boards - Silverjobs and Top-Execs are bringing a combined package to the market.
Executive recruiters have found internet channels to be an increasingly important means of sourcing candidates over the last 3 years. But one shortcoming has been the lack of certainty that an adequate shortlist will be generated from advertising on one executive job board alone, certainly where mass-market sites are concerned. The combined Silverjobs / Top-Execs deal counters this uncertainty by allowing recruiters to post their requirements to both sites for a flat-fee of 250 until the end of 2003.
