The company has evolved over the last three years in response to the increasing number of British Snowsport instructors seeking work around the world. Due to the success of placing instructors in American ski resorts the company has developed its network of web sites to offer a wider range of services. In April 2003 the company was registered in Scotland as a limited company.
The British Association of Snowsport Instructors (BASI) are the organisation responsible for training and qualifying Snowsport instructors in the UK and as part of their member services they have linked up with Snowsport Recruitment to help their members find work. Future plans include the continued development of the jobs vacancy board together with a large marketing campaign for the Snowsport Instructor Directory.
