Plain English advice on employment law at your fingertips is being offered to both employers and employees by Sheffield-based solicitors, Taylor & Emmet.
This innovative new service, called Complete Human Resources (CHR), offers companies and their workforce a tailor-made guide through the minefield of employment law.
Products will include human resources training, tribunal representation and online HR policies to help employers and employees work together more effectively. A dedicated support helpline is also available to clients.
John Holmes, from CHR, said: Companies traditionally turn to solicitors for employment law advice when things go wrong. We are providing a proactive service aimed at equipping employers with self-help tools and
motivating staff to reduce the risk of tribunals and disciplinary action.
Much of what we do is online, which helps us keep costs down and gives our clients the most current information at their fingertips.
CHR provides two main packages - The Business Service, aimed at companies with more than 15 employees and The Small Business Service for companies with less than 15 employees.
